Rocky Hill Youth Football & Cheerleading is a local youth organization consisting of players and cheerleaders ranging from seven to fourteen years old. RHYFC became a member of the Connecticut Youth Football League in January 2005.

RHYFC will compete against twelve local towns in both football and cheerleading on four different age levels. Home games will be played on Sunday at Rocky Hill High School's McVicar Field.

The CTYFL cheerleading program is one of the finest in the state and is very well run and respected. Cheer squads not only cheer at the games, but they also compete at the annual CTYFL Cheer Competition where awards are given to all participants, as well as to those teams that place in the top 3 spots. Competition is meant to give the players a goal to shoot for, just as the football players, and at the same time we try and keep it fun. Mighty Mites do not compete, but they do participate in Competition. They demonstrate an exhibition routine for the audience, which builds a great foundation for when they become a "C" squad competitor.
